I recently joined a local makerspace, NextFab, and have been busy taking various safety and training classes. I really like that each class uses a small project to get you familiar with the tools. Here’s what I’ve made so far.
In the wood safety class I made this shelf:
In the metal shop safety class I made this bottle opener:
This key chain is from the intro to laser cutting class:
I made this box while learning to use the table saw:
And here’s my first project that I planned out my self:
They are miniature easels for small paintings. The one on the far right is the one I had that I duplicated the others from using some square and round dowel rods. The tall one is for small but not as small paintings.
I’m having a lot of fun at NextFab and have a growing list of projects to make!
